Non-returnable Items

The non-returnable items come under the customized display and customized products. It includes all the custom services such as texting, artwork, graphic orders. After the approval, we confirm all our orders and receive assurance from our customers through phone numbers or email. is not responsible for customers' discontent regarding the customized order, such as graphics, designs, and colors. Moreover, we review all the customized orders with their representation, colors, and resolution before manufacturing.

Returnable Items

If you want to return the package, it should be unopened, new with the original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and documents. All the damage and defective products can be returnable within 7 days after receiving the package. It will cost up to 20% of the restocking fee to the customers. Customers should inform us before sending the package. You should ensure packages are being returned for your protection. Moreover, the customer is accountable for any damage and fault during the return shipment. Returnable faulty items will not be credited upon receipt, and the consumer is responsible for all the shipping charges.

Refunds & Credits

We require one to two weeks for the returning and refunding process. We can credit for the item cost, whereas shipment cost is non-refundable.
